Cancellation Policy: In order to best accommodate the needs of all patients we ask that you contact our office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $25 fee that will be deducted from the credit card on file.
